Wanted to start off 2020 with an image of one of my favorite places on the planet, Kirkjufell (also known as Church Mountain). Peaking at 463 metres (1519 feet) Kirkjufell is an impressive landmark on its own, but add a waterfall to the foreground and you get the the most photographed mountain in Iceland. This image was taken during an afternoon scouting visit in preparation for my sunset shot that evening. Even on an overcast mid-afterrnoon day, this place is just stunning.
Meet Pippen, our Seal Point Kitten. Like most kittens he is quite inquisitive and a tad mischievious. Here he is pictured in one of his newest interests, climbing the Christmas Tree and playing with the ornaments. BTW, Pippen was a rescue cat, and has turned out to be absolutely fantastic.
Now something a little different for me... Photographed this staged serial killer image on a forested country back road late at night. Lit only by the headlights of my truck and a Lumecube, I wanted to create a fearful image that could be used as a Horror Movie cover.
