Beautiful male Great Frigatebird displaying his bright red gular sac in efforts to entice a female to be his mate. Photo taken on Genovesa Island, Galapagos.
Was on a boat just off the coast of North Seymour Island in the Galapagos when a small flock of Great Frigatebirds flew overhead in a very tight well arranged formation. Quickly grabbed for my camera to capture this image.
Happened to be at the right place at the right time to capture this Baby Nazca Booby standing on the shoreline of Punta Suarez, Espanola Island, just as a wave sprayed up through a blowhole creating a beautiful rainbow.
