Sombrero Chino is a gently sloping volcanic cone rising out of the clear Galapagos waters off the coast of Santiago Island, Galapagos. Sombrero Chino's name comes from shape, like that of an old-fashioned Chinaman's hat.
Was within 10 feet of this Junvenile Great Frigatebird when its parents decided I was close enough. Taken on Darwin Beach Trail, Genovesa Island, Galapagos.
