Galapagos Marine Iguana
Pictured here is one of the hundreds of Galapagos Marine Iguanas I saw located along the coastline of Playa Baquerizo
on San Cristobal Island in the Galapagos. These wild Marine Iguanas are so ignorant of people that you can easily get with feet of them.
Eyes of the Silver Fox
The piercing golden yellow glare of a beautiful Silver Fox laying on the forest floor. Silver foxes have a great deal of pelt variation. This male carries the more traditional bluish-grey fur with the white tipped tail.
Young Male Eastern Moose
Photographed this young male Eastern Moose that was roadside having a drink from a small pool of water. After a morning of not seeing much, we spotted him and two other females, on our way out of Algonquin Park (Canada).
Raccoon on the Docks
Captured this inquisitive and playful raccoon poking out from underneather a floating dock up in the Algonquin Highlands (Canada). Raccoons love water and this little guy was no exception to that, as he played in the dock for hours, often looking out to see where I was.
After having tried several times, I was finally able to photograph this elusive American Marten (also called the Pine Marten) in a forested area near Mew Lake of Algonquin Park. Would have been nice to get a higher quality image, but the circumstances were challenging and I only had a split second before he was gone.
Little Red Squirrel
Captured this little American Red Squirrel searching for seeds in the snow near Mew Lake in Algonquin Park (Ontario, Canada).
Humpback Whale - Before the Dive
Captured this rear angle view of the dorsal fin and caudal of this beautiful Humpback Whale just about to dive in Skjálfandi Bay (Arctic Ocean), off the North Coast of Iceland.
Captured this beautiful Red Fox lying down in a forested area in Durham Region, Ontario. His gaze was fixed on a small red squirrel at the base of a nearby tree.
North American Porcupine
Captured this North American Porcupine showing off his sharp quills while sitting up and eating a little afternoon snack in the shade of his forested home. I was really surprised at how sloth-like slow moving this animal.
The Silver Fox
Commonly referred to as the Silver Fox, this historically most valued furbearer, is actually a Red Fox with dark-colored pigment melanin in its skin.
Alaskan Harbour Seal
A common Harbour Seal swimming around the coastline of Seward Alaksa's Resurrection Bay.
Moose in the Wetland
Photographed this yearling moose near the roadside of some marshy wetlands, on an early spring morning in Algonquin Park, Canada. Moose with their salt deficient winter diets, come to the roadside to lick up the leftover winter road salt. This Moose just finished having a drink of the salty roadside water.
The Great White Bear
The Polar Bear is a powerful symbol of strength and endurance, and one of my most favorite animals. However, these beautiful creatures are being significantly threatened by warming arctic temperatures and melting sea ice. We in Canada, are fortunate we can still photography these amazing bears in the wild.
Sally Lightfoot Crab - Side Profile
Laying on my stomach on the sharp Lava Rocks of Genovesa Island, Galapagos, I captured this side profile image of a fearless Sally Lightfoot Crab.
Captured this Dragonfly, with his outstretched wings, perched on a small branch of a Yellow Birch Tree, at my cottage in the Algonquin Highlands of Ontario.
Captured this fearsome American Alligator laying near the wetlands of the Tamiami Trail in the Florida Everglades.
Ringo the Raccoon
Meet Ringo, an orphaned baby raccoon that we are raising until he is old enough to eat on his own and can be united with others of his kind at a Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Centre. Wildlife Centre's in Ontario are over capacity and don't have the manpower or resources to keep up, so we are doing our part to help out. Image taken at my home in Port Perry.
Sally Lightfoot Crab captures a Squid
A brightly colored Sally Lightfoot Crab dragging a captured Squid ashore, up a rock face, from the Pacific Coast. Image taken on Fenandina Island, Galapagos.
Spent about a half hour photographing this beautiful Eastern Moose as she grazed in some marshlands. Image taken in Algonquin Park, Canada.
Northern Sea Otter
Heading into Resurrection Bay from Seward, Alaska, I came across this Northern Sea Otter floating aorund enjoying the morning sun.
Moose in the Meadow
Captured this yearling moose, out in a marshy meadow, on an early spring morning in Algonquin Park, Canada.

Galapagos Fur Seal and Pup
Laying on the sandy beach at Punta Suarez, Espanola Island, Galapagos, I captured this mother Galapagos Fur Seal and her young pup having an afternoon nap.
Lesser Dog-Like Bat
Walking along the rocky coastline of Costa Rica, I happened upon a small cave containing a colony of bats. This I believe is a Lesser Dog-Like Bat, although I'm not certain as Costa Rica is home to some 110 species of bats.
The Rothschild's Giraffe, one the tallest animals on the planet, is also one of the most endangered species of giraffe in the world, with less than 1500 known survivors.
Mantled Howler Monkey
Was taking a walk on a nature trail in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, and came across a small troop of Mantled Howler Monkeys up in the trees.
White-Faced Capuchin Monkey
Was photographing the Central Pacific Coastline at El Jobo, Costa Rica, when a troop of White-Faced Capuchin Moneys decended from the Jungle to investigate.
Pacific Sea Nettle
The beautiful but dangerous Pacific Sea Nettle sporting its long, spiraling, white oral arms and the 24 undulating maroon tentacles. This Pacific Sea Nettle can have a bell more than 3 feet in diameter with tentacles trailing as long as 15 feet.
